What's left to run everything through AIOS
The foundation is fixed. What's left is three layers: finish the cleanup, build the cockpit, then move your life in.
This week's realignment gave the AIOS a nervous system — sync that heals, alarms that escalate, registries that get checked. Horizon 1 (1–2 Claude sessions) finishes the hygiene so nothing drifts again. Horizon 2 (the approved OS Phase A→B, ~120h of build) turns os.octomonic.com into the control plane where you click instead of asking. Horizon 3 moves the rest of your life in: bookkeeping, personal goals, and WhatsApp replies that execute. Your part today: two physical items, ~10 minutes.
Where it stands (verified this week)
| Layer | State |
|---|---|
| Sync & shared brain | ✅ Healed + self-guarding (divergence alert <15 min) |
| Monitoring | ✅ 8 checks: data freshness, git sync, token health; chronic alerts become owned work items |
| Google / Workspace | ✅ All 3 accounts live with Sheets/Docs/Tasks added; June 18 = final 7-day proof (auto-watched) |
| Security & DR | ✅ Secrets scrubbed + commit-blocked; credential escrow off-Mac; VM on deploy key |
| Registries & state | ✅ Truth-passed + machine-checked (sync_check: 123 real checks) |
| Your decision queue | ✅ Empty — decisions delegated + executed 06-10/11 |
The three horizons
Horizon 1 — Finish the cleanup
- Kill the 7 known drifts sync_check nags about: byte-sync the B Boy↔Beertza mirror, reconcile both workspace bootstraps, propagate the 5-Claude roster everywhere, retire
.agents/skills. - Collapse coordination 9→2 (session_log + active_threads as the single ledger) and ship the one-call boot digest — every Claude productive in under a minute instead of a 13-step ritual.
- Memory garbage collection — merge/delete list prepared, you approve in one batched yes.
- Handoff generator + Architect redaction rule — copy-paste rituals become one command; nothing sensitive leaves ungoverned.
- Weekly smoke-test cron + corpus backfill (Jun 4–9 gap) + migration-doc local-automation step.
Horizon 2 — The cockpit (OS Phase A → B, approved 06-10)
- Phase A: every routine action clickable on os.octomonic.com — toggle crons, ack alerts, create inbox items, manage threads. No more "ask a Claude to flip X."
- Phase B (reordered for you): ops tables → Notion (incl. Personal Goals DBs) → Monday (incl. personal boards) → Supabase → GPI last. Row-level edit with approval gates and an audit trail.
- Phase C (settings/agents) after; Phase D (schema tools) stays deferred.
Horizon 3 — Move your life in
- Personal ops layer:
personal/is nearly empty today. Bookkeeping pipeline (expense log + Green Invoice read-only + monthly Osek Murshe pack), personal goals wired to Notion + the new Google Tasks scope, health/admin reminders in the personal brief. - WhatsApp becomes a command line: the brief already asks "reply 1 yes / 2 no / 3 defer" — an Operator-side reply parser makes your answers execute, not just get read.
- Knowledge rhythm: wiki re-distill, quarterly priorities refresh (priorities.md is still day-3-of-90 content), decision-log habit revived or formally retired.
Your part (unchanged, ~10 min)
| # | Item | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Plug in a backup disk → System Settings → Time Machine | Escrow covers credentials; code/state/corpus still have one copy. Also gates Phase B writes. |
| 2 | Revoke old GitHub token + rotate 3 keys (runbook in tracker) | Old values live in git history. |
Recommended order
This week: McLead runs Horizon 1 (say "go" and it starts). You do the two physical items. June 18 token checkpoint passes on its own.
Next: kick off OS Phase A as a scoped build. Then: Phase B connectors, and Horizon 3 grows around whatever you actually use most.
